Iván Moreno Llanos

Profile

Iván Moreno Llanos is a PhD student in Psychology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). Graduate in Psychology (UAM) and Master in Educational Psychology (UAM). His research interests lie in early development in the Nursery School. His research focuses on the origin of cognitive control processes, Executive Functions and self-regulation. Specifically, how children begin to face their own challenges and what means they use to achieve their goals.

He is currently employed as a Research Assistant in the DETEDUCA group in the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology at the UAM. He has also collaborated as a guest lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Advanced Music Therapy at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid between 2016 and 2020.

Thesis

The first manifestations of Executive Functions in the nursery school, classrooms 0-1 and 1-2. A longitudinal study.
